The Ionia boys tennis team defeated Charlotte on Wednesday in league competition 8-0. First singles Christian Miller won 6-0,6-1. Second singles Cole Petersen won 6-0,6-0. Third singles Harper Duell won 6-1,6-2. Fourth singles Jake Whitney won by forfeit.
In doubles, first doubles Ryan Lee and Jude Gregory won 6-0,6-0. Second doubles Jaxon Palmer and Riley Yokom won 6-1,6-0. Third doubles Mason Clark and Myles Perrien and fourth doubles Nolan Lundstrom and Steven Flohr both won by forfeit also. The bulldogs are now 2-0-1 in the league.
