Girls Golf Host 4th Jamboree of the Season

The Ionia Girls Golf team hosted and competed in their fourth league jamboree at Shadow Ridge Golf Course tonight. Overall, the Bulldogs placed 5th and scored a team total of 217. Tonight’s top scorers were Lila Redder (44), McKenna White (55), and Victoria Gutierrez (56). It was also the team's senior night, in which all 6 seniors (Victoria Gutierrez, McKenna White, McKenna Bussell, Elena Lance, Makenna Waterman, and Klorerisa Jarrad) were recognized for their dedication and hard work while on the golf team. Both JV and Varsity teams will play again Thursday, September 21. JV will be at Portland Country Club at 1:15 and Varsity will be at Willow Wood Golf Course at 12:30.
