Ionia opened the season with a 56-41 home win vs. Haslett. The Bulldogs were led by Miles Gregory with 21 points. Lance Atkinson recorded a double double scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Gage Flanner, Travis Tucker Jr., Max Doty and Henry Castle each added 4 points. Sam Eppler chipped in with 6 assists.
The Bulldogs are 1-0 on the season and will host Lansing Catholic Friday at 5:30 PM.
