Ionia defeated a very good DeWitt team on Monday 60-50. Three Ionia players scored in double figures: Spencer Tooker led with 18 points, Henry Castle added 15, and Colt Piercefield contributed 11. Ethan Wenzel chipped in 7 points, Wyatt Erridge had 4, Carter Starks scored 3, and Tristin Ciganick added 2.

With the win, the Bulldogs improve to 5-3 on the season. They will travel to Hastings on Friday, January 3.
