Lance Atkinson had a 3 point play with 2.7 seconds left to give Ionia a 41-38 victory at St Johns. Lance led the Bulldogs with 14 points. Trevor Tooker added 10 points, Travis Tucker Jr. 8 points and Gauge McQueen 6 points.
Ionia is 7-2 on the season and will host Lansing Catholic this Friday.
