Tonight the Bulldogs traveled to DeWitt and lost a close game 31-24. The first half was played evenly between the two teams as they were tied 14-14 going into the half. DeWitt was able to take a one-point lead after three. In the fourth quarter, the Bulldogs continued to struggle in finding their rhythm both on offense and defense. DeWitt pulled ahead by 7 and won the game. Leading scorers were Tessa Lemke with 7 points and Alexa Barna with 6. Other contributors were Katie Leonard with 4, Kylie Leonard with 3, Paislie Patterson with 2, and Grace Droste with 2. The Bulldogs are now 2-2. Their next game is Monday, Feb. 14 at Portland.
