CHARLOTTE MIDDLE SCHOOL: 19
Tonight Ionia traveled to Charlotte. It was a good night for the Bulldogs as they won 36-19. The team started off strong and took an 8-0 lead after the first. In the second quarter, the teams played evenly and at half-time, the score was 18-10. The Bulldogs turned it on in the third and outscored Charlotte 13-0. Leading scorers were Trevor Castillo with 15 points and Colter Reed with 7 points. Others who scored were Brunzwik Diehl and Braedan Piggott each with 6 and Austin Perrone chipping in 2 points. The Bulldogs are now 2-5. Their next game is Wednesday, December 6 at St. Johns.
