HOLT MIDDLE SCHOOL: 71
The Ionia Bulldogs took on the Rams of Holt at home. Holt jumped out to a fast lead and going into halftime was up 47-16. We had our opportunities to score but shots were not falling. In the second half things settled down and Ionia was able to have some positive outcomes on offense. The final score was Holt 71 Ionia 37. Leading scores were Colton Piercefield with 18 points, Carter Ralston with 9, Nolan Hart with 4, Mason Braman had 2, as did Wolton Sandborn and Derrick Santana. Ionia is now 1-3. Their next game is Monday, November 29 at Dewitt.
