The freshman Lady Dawgs took on the Pewamo Pirates at home. The Lady Dawgs started off with a lot of volley and team sprit. The Lady Dawgs had strong serves and aggressive net play. The Lady Dawgs fell to the Pirates in the first set 22-25.
In the second set the Pirates had very strong serves that the Lady Dawgs struggled to keep in play. During the second set the Lady Dawgs we're able to get some kills and tips. The Lady Dawgs fell to the Pirates 7-25.
The Lady Dawgs has 5 aces, 7 kills, 3 blocks and many digs.
The Lady Dawgs will have their next game Tuesday Sept 6th at home curses Eaton Rapids.
