Ionia Freshman Volleyball traveled to Lakewood High School for a tournament Friday August 19th. The Lady Dawgs played Caledonia first, losing both sets. The Lady Dawgs faced Kenowa Hills, splitting the match by losing one and winning one. The Lady Dawgs lost to Lakewood and T-K. Moving into the cross over match the Lady Dawgs won both sets against Greenville.
To start of the season the Lady Days showed great serves, strong net play and aggressive serve receive.
The freshman volleyball team will be traveling to Fowlerville on Tuesday 8/23 for a quad starting at 5pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone there for the support as well as all season long!
