Lakewood 25-13, 25-21 W 

The freshman Lady Dogs were victorious against the Lakewood Vikings. The Lady dogs pull ahead quickly with strong serve and quick feet. Julia Stweart had four kills, Kathryn Brown had ten aces, while Victoria Banks had seven digs and Victoria Gutierrez had three digs. 

Marshal 11-25, 23-25 L

The Lady Dogs fell to the Marshall Redhawks, The Redhlaks had fast feet and strong defense. The Lady Dogs had a slow first set but were able to push points and almost win the second set. Kathryn Brown had six aces, McKenna Bussell had three aces. Mimose Sandborn had three kills, and Emma White had two. Both Victoria Banks and Victoria Gutierrez had two digs. 

St. Johns 25-11, 17-25, 15-9 W

Starting our third and final game of the quad the Lady Dogs pulled ahead with a lot of strong serves, Ella Curtin had four aces, while Kathryn had three, and Kamryn Perry had ten! It was a small struggle for the Lady Dogs when rotation and simple errors got in the way but staying focused and determined the Lady Dogs were able to beat the St. John Red Wings. Lilly Reams had seven assists, Emma White had six kills, and Kathryn Brown had eight kills. 

The Lady Dogs play tomorrow, Tuesday the 29th, at Ionia High School against The Mason Bulldogs 5p.
