PORTLAND HIGH SCHOOL: 2
Freshman Volleyball falls to Portland Raiders 0-2. The Lady Dogs lost to the Raiders in set one by seven points, and the second set by six points. During the two sets, Julia Stweart had eight assists. The Lady Dogs were able to volley with the Raiders but could not gain the points to win. Emma White had 3 kills and one block, Mimose Sandborn had three dis, and three kills, Kathryn Brown had three kills, McKenna Bussell had four aces as well as a dig and a kill. The Lady Dogs played hard and will continue to work hard and do their best for the next game.
The next game for the Freshman Volleyball team will be at Fowlerville High School Thursday the 24th at 5pm.
