• Ionia Bulldogs Varsity notched five runs in the sixth inning. Ionia Bulldogs Varsity's big inning was driven by a triple by Will Anderson, a groundout by Miles Gregory, and a double by Matt McCoy.
• Ethan Bowen earned the win for Ionia Bulldogs Varsity. The righty went six innings, allowing one run on three hits, striking out ten and walking one.
• #15 took the loss for Waverly. The hurler lasted five innings, allowing ten hits and six runs while striking out two and walking zero.
