Ionia beat Fowlerville on a cold windy day 2-0 behind Ethan Bowen's complete game shutout. Bowen's stat line included 3 hits, 3 walks and 10 strikeouts. Carter Castillo went 2-3 and Tyson McDiarmid had a big pinch hit Rbi in the bottom of the 6th inning to give the Bulldogs some added cushion heading into the 7th inning.
