• A walk-off left Ionia HS Bulldogs on the wrong end of an 8-7 defeat to Belding on Tuesday. The game was tied at seven with Belding batting in the bottom of the seventh when Owen Delvin induced Sherman to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.
• Despite the loss, Ionia HS Bulldogs did collect ten hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Belding had 13 hits on the way to victory.
• Belding captured the lead in the second inning. Mccarty singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
• Ionia HS Bulldogs scored five runs in the third inning. Ethan Bowen and Daniel McCoy each drove in runs during the inning.
• Debroyn was the winning pitcher for Belding. The ace surrendered zero runs on zero hits over one-third of an inning, striking out one and walking zero.
• Delvin took the loss for Ionia HS Bulldogs. Delvin allowed four hits and two runs over one and two-thirds innings, striking out one and walking one.
• Lake started the game for Belding. The fireballer surrendered seven runs on ten hits over six and two-thirds innings, striking out four and walking one McCoy started the game for Ionia HS Bulldogs. The pitcher went four and two-thirds innings, allowing six runs on nine hits and striking out five
• Ionia HS Bulldogs tallied ten hits on the day. Bowen and Delvin each had multiple hits for Ionia HS Bulldogs.Tanner Gregory, Kane Lundstrom, Collin Palmer, Cal Yalacki, Carter Castillo and Danny McCoy had hits, McCoy also had 2 Rbi's on a triple.  Bulldogs. Bowen led Ionia HS Bulldogs with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases.
• Belding racked up 13 hits on the day. Donovan, Sherman, and Cooper all had multiple hits for Belding.

• Ionia HS Bulldogs took home a 7-2 victory over Belding on Tuesday.
• In the second inning, Ionia HS Bulldogs got their offense started.
• Ionia HS Bulldogs put up three runs in the third inning. Ionia HS Bulldogs big bats were led by Owen Delvin and Cal Yalacki, who each had RBIs in the inning.
• Gavin Stewart was credited with the victory for Ionia HS Bulldogs. The bulldog allowed eight hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out three and walking one.
• Debroyn took the loss for Belding. The hurler surrendered seven runs on nine hits over five innings, striking out two.
• Ionia HS Bulldogs launched one home run on the day. AJ Castillo went deep in the fourth inning.
• Carter Castillo went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Ionia HS Bulldogs in hits, AJ Castillo went yard putting a solo shot over the left field trees, Tanner Gregory, Kane Lundstrom, and Cal Yalacki added hits, Yalacki also had 2 Rbi's. 
• Belding tallied eight hits in the game. Cooper and Lake all managed multiple hits for Belding.
