The Ionia girls bowling suffered their first loss of the season on Friday afternoon falling to Portland 26-4 at the Wagon Wheel.
In team match #1 Ionia totaled 669 pins to Portland's 769 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Chloe Witter’s 166 followed by Sydney Estep’s 146. In match #2 Ionia totaled 618 pins to Portland’s 678 pins, the Bulldogs were again led by Zoey Guernsey’s 162 and Sydney Estep’s 138. Ionia lost the series 1447 to 11287.
In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs were outscored by the Raiders 268 to 261.
