The Ionia girls bowling team was in control from the start to the finish in tonight’s home match vs. the Trojans from East Lansing on their home lanes at the Ionia Bowling Alley winning 23-7.
In team match #1 Ionia totaled 674 pins to East Lansing's 466 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Zoey Guernsey’s 191 and Chloe Witter’s 146. In match #2 Ionia totaled 708 pins to East Lansing’s 591 pins, the Bulldogs were again led by Zoey Guernsey’s 181 and Sydney Estep’s 161. Ionia won the series 1382 to 1057.
In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs were outscored by the Trojans 241 to 240.
