The Ionia girls bowling team defeated the Trojans of East Lansing 17.5-12.5 at Spare Time on Thursday.
In team match #1 Ionia totaled 560 pins to East Lansing’s 555 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Chloe Witter’s 131 and Samantha Anderson’s 117. In match #2 Ionia totaled 560 pins to East Lansing’s 513 pins, the Bulldogs were again led by Chloe Witter’s 135 and Sydney Estep’s 117. Ionia took the series 1120 to 876.
In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs were outscored by the Trojans 220-209.
