The Ionia girls bowling team started the season off with a win over the Saxons from Hastings 17-13 this afternoon at the Ionia Bowling Alley.
In the team match #1 Ionia totaled 627 pins to Hasting’s 578 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Chloe Witter’s 148 and Oliveah Miller’s 142 . In match #2 Ionia totaled 481 pins to Hasting’s 683 pins, the Bulldogs were led by Zoey Guernsey’s 119. Hastings took the series 1261 to 1108.
In the 2 Bakers matches the Bulldogs outscored the Saxons 284-269.
