On Friday May 7th, 2021 The Ionia Girls Track and Field team competed in the Shepherd Invitational.

100 Meter Dash: Hailey Fuentes 5th (14.63)

400 Meter Dash: Angellyn Hyde 2nd (1:05.36) PR

1600 Meter Run: Maddie Hanulcik 5th (5:57.85) PR

3200 Meter Run: Clara Deeren 1st (12:40.27) PR

300 Meter Hurdles: Maddie Hanulcik 5th (55.63) SR

SHOT PUT: Brynn Reams 1st (35'-2") and Savannah Clark 3rd (30'-2.5")

Discus: Brynn Reams 1st (94"-8")

HIGH JUMP: Tess Griffith 4th (4'-8")

POLE VAULT: Tess Griffith 5th (7'-6")

THe Lady Bulldogs currently have a 4-1 Overall Dual Meet Record and are 4-0 in the CAAC White Duals.  They travel to Eaton Rapids on Tuesday May 11th in an attempt to remain undefeated in the CAAC White Division.  Tuesday's meet begins with Field Events at 4:30pm.
