On Friday May 3rd, 2024 the Ionia Boys Varsity Track and Field team competed at the Shepherd Invitational. It was a long but pleasant meet with fair conditions, and light breezes. The boys earned 9 PR’s and brought home a total of 8 Medals from a 17 Team “Pre-Regional” Style meet.  As a team they finished 8th in the Large School division.  The Bulldogs are next in Action on Tuesday May 7th at home against CAAC White opponent Lansing Catholic. This will be the final CAAC White Dual Meet of the season and will be followed by the Senior / Parent Night Recognitions. Field Events begin at 4:00PM with Running Events at 4:30PM.
