CHARLOTTE MIDDLE SCHOOL: 23
The 7th Grade Girls A Team played a great game tonight against the Charlotte Orioles. The team was leading at the end of the first quarter 6-3 with all points made by inside player Stevie Gross. The girls continued in the second quarter to extend the lead with some outside shooting as well going into half time 19-7. The remainder of the game was very similar with almost every player on the bench making a mark on the scoreboard. The final score was 45-23.
Aubree White was the lead scorer with 15 pts. Stevie Gross contributed 11 pts., Molly Waterman added 7 pts., Mimi Wegener had 4 pts, Tessa Massengale and Maudy Baylis each added 3 pts., and Margaret Pischea had 2 pts.
The Bulldogs play their final game in St Johns on Tuesday, March 3rd.
