Tonight the Bulldogs traveled to Portland to take on the Raiders. It was a rough start for Ionia as they were only able to score 2 points in the first half. Portland led at halftime 22-2. The second half was similar to the first and the final score was Portland 49 Ionia 9. Leading the way in scoring was Kennedy Batista with 5 points and Olivia Lemke with 4. The Bulldogs are now 1-2. Their next game is next Thursday, Feb. 24 at Haslett.
