The A Team played okay in the first quarter and was down 8-7. They got out scored in the second and were only down 19-12. The Team was unable to get it together in the second half and fell to DeWitt 35-21.
Leading scorers were Emma White with 6 points, Lilly Reams and Victoria Banks each had 5.
Ionia is now 0-8. Next game is Wednesday @ home against St. John’s.
