Tonight Ionia hosted Grand Ledge. It was a tough night for both Ionia teams.

The A Team fell behind pretty fast in the first quarter and by the end of the first half were down 2-36. The third quarter saw both teams play evenly but again the fourth was similar to the first half. Final score was 12-56.

Leading scorers were Kyra Williams with 6 points, Lilly Reams with 4 points and Emma White with 2.

The Bulldogs are now 0-2 and go on the road to face St. Johns on Wednesday.
