EATON RAPIDS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 12
Ionia JV girls were victorious against Eaton Rapids 29-12. Ionia came out strong in the first half with an 18-2 leading going into half time.
We played great defense, boxed out and executed fundamentals we practiced all week.
The girls played with intensity and had fun.
Leading Ionia was Emma White with 11 points, Riley Brown with 7, Kyra Williams with 6 and putting up 2 was both Mimose Sandborn and Tessa Masengal.
Our next game is Monday, December 13th, at Lake Odessa. Game time is 5:30. Our current record is 2-1.
