Ionia JV girls lost a tough game against Portland 20-23. The Bulldogs were lead in scoring by Josie Phelps and Rajalyaj Esquival each with 6 points. Ionia goes to 2-1 for the season, they will face Lakewood Vikings Tuesday Dec. 17 at 5:30 at Lakewood high school.
