Ionia JV girls basketball pulled put a tight game for a season opener 22-20 vs Belding. It was a defensive battle the whole game. Ionia was lead in scoring by Kara Kramer-Lake with 8 points and Rajalyaj Esquival with 5 points. Ionia Bulldogs are off to a great start being 1-0, they play at Lansing Eastern next on Thursday Dec. 5 at 5:30.
