The Ionia Boys freshman team started the year with a win at home against Haslett.. Final score was 52-22. The boys got off to a fast start and never looked back. The Vikings were held to just 10 points in the first half.

The Bulldogs were led in scoring by Carter Ralston who finished the game with 16 points and 6 assists. Adam Kramer, Caiden Sayers, and Riley Yokom all had 6 points. Overall, it was a very balanced night for the Bulldogs with 11 guys scoring and everyone contributing.

The freshman travel to Lansing Catholic on Thursday for their first league game. Tip off at 5:30
