Ionia Freshmen Basketball won defeated Lansing Sexton 41-33 in Ionia. Ionia trailed the first half 22-24 and started the second half on an 8-3 run. The Bulldogs were lead by Tristin Ciganick -15, Brent Starks - 6 pts, Braylon Granger - 4 pts, Wyatt Erridge, Trevor Hodges and Myles Perrien - 3 pts each, Charley Frost and Tyson Brownell - 2 pts each. The Bulldogs play away against St. John's on Tuesday Jan 18th at 4 PM. Bulldogs are now 7-1 on the season.
