Ionia Freshmen Basketball won against Portland 41-21 at Portland. Ionia lead the first half 20-10. The second half the Bulldogs continued their run to get their second win in the C.A.A.C. Conference. The Bulldogs were lead by Brent Starks - 9 pts, Carter Starks - 8 pts, Charley Frost - 5 pts, Caleb Shortz and Braylon Granger each with 4 pts, Tristin Ciganick - 3 pts, Jaxon Palmer and Christian Miller each with 2 pts. The Bulldogs play at home against Pewamo-Westphalia on Tuesday Dec. 21st at 4 PM. Bulldogs are 4-0 on the season.
