Ionia Freshmen Basketball won against Haslett 37-36 at Haslett. Ionia was down in the first half 24-15. Second half the Bulldogs went on a 14-6 run and fought back to get the win. The Bulldogs were lead by Tristin Ciganick with 10 pts, Carter Starks 9 pts, Caleb Shortz 6 pts, Jaxon Palmer and Trevor Hodges each with 3 pts, Wyatt Erridge and Braylon Granger each with 2 pts. The Bulldogs play away in Eaton Rapids on Thursday at 5:30 PM. Bulldogs are 1-0 on the season.
