IONIA Freshman basketball played at home against Lansing Sexton and lost 36-49. The Bulldogs were behind at half time 20-15. The Freshman were lead by Logan Brown with 17 points, Brendan Wood 6 pts, Sam Eppler and Colyn Ciganick each with 4 pts, Austin Currigan with 3 pts, and Miles Gregory with 2 pts. The Bulldogs are 5-2 on the season and play away on Thursday Jan. 16th against Lansing Catholic at 4:00 PM.
