IONIA Freshman basketball played away against Mason Bulldogs and won 54-46. The Bulldogs were up 31-20 at half time and had a close call until the last 6 min to pull away.

The Freshman were lead by Logan Brown with 19, Sam Eppler with 11 points, Miles Gregory and Colyn Ciganick each with 6 pts, Austin Currigan with 4 pts, and Devon Reyes, Kane Lundstrom, Colter Clark and Brendan Wood each had 2 pts.

The Bulldogs are 7-3 on the season and play at home this Thursday Jan. 30th against Portland at 5:30 PM.
