The JV Bulldogs played the East Lansing Trojans today and tied 8-8 the first game and lost 9-6 in the second game. 
 

Lance Atkinson started on the mound in the first game pitching 4 and 1/3rd innings giving up 4 runs with 1 strikeout. Offensively the Bulldogs were led by Austin Murphy who went 2-3 with 2 singles while scoring twice. Garrett Lee, Gage Flanner, Matthew McCoy, Tyson McDiarmid, and Lance Atkinson all had 1 hit as well. 
 

Gage Flanner started the second game throwing 3 full innings giving up 3 runs while striking out 5. Kolson Daughtery and Garrett Lee each pitched an inning as well in relief. Offensively the Bulldogs were led by Garrett Lee who went 2-4 with a triple and double, while Matthew McCoy went 1-2 with a double and 2 walks.  Flanner, McDiarmid, Baker and Wandell all had hits in this game as well.

The Bulldogs are 15-13-1 on the season and play @St Johns @4pm on Wednesday May 25th.
