The girls traveled to Fowlerville today to face a veteran team in the Fowlerville Gladiators. The girls battled hard but came away with a 2-6 loss.

1st Singles Senior Jessa Swinehart won 7-5, 6-3

2nd Singles Sophomore Katie Brown  won 6-3, 7-5

3rd Singles Senior Isabella Reisbig lost 0-6, 1-6 

4th Singles Senior Jewels Conn lost 2-6, 2-6

Our Doubles were led byJuniors  Riley Browne and Caitlyn McGuirewho lost 0-6, 0-6

2nd Doubles Sophomore  Kennedee Ward and Freshman Margaret Pischea lost a hard fought match 2-6, 1-6

3rd doubles Freshmen  Abella Woodard and Ellie Lampphere lost 1-6, 0-6 

And we rounded out the night at 4th doubles with Karis Labadie and Shanika Juraiwansutthi losing 0-6, 0-6

Ionia is 0-0 in league play and 1-1 overall

We will play Saturday  4/16/22 at 9:00 am @ Lakewood High School.
