The Ionia girls varsity soccer team played tough but fell short 3-0 in the district matchup vs Greenville.
Avery Haney played well and ended her career with a great game. Katie Leonard and Josie Lee played good games on the defensive end and the aggressive play of Tessa Masengale kept things competitive throughout the game.
Ionia girls varsity soccer finish their season with lots of growth and have lots of young players returning for a bright future for the program.
