EVERETT HIGH SCHOOL: 2
The Ionia Girls Varsity Soccer team played a tough game that ended in a 0-2 loss to Lansing Everett. The score was tied 0-0 at half with both teams having chances to score but not being able to capitalize. Everett snuck in two goals late in the second half and our offense struggled to score.
Isabelle Vasquez was the leader on the defensive end while Alexa Barna played well in the middle.
Ionia will take on Hastings on Friday in Ionia, with a 6:30 kickoff and a 5:00 jv start time.
