The Ionia girls soccer team was defeated by Lakeview by a score of 6-1.
Rylie Dinehart scored the lone goal for Ionia. Ali Vasquez recorded the assist on the through ball. Kayra Vazquez-Ybarra got her first varsity start in goal, and recorded 11 saves, including a saved penalty kick.
Ionia girls soccer will play their next game on Tuesday April 25, at 7:00 at home vs Portland. The Jv game is at 5:30.
