Ionia girls varsity soccer defeated Perry by a score of 8-3 Monday night. The temperatures were cold and snowy, but that didn't stop the offense from getting red hot for tonights game.

Rylie Dinehart led the charge by scoring four goals. Kelila Rustin scored two goals of her own. Avery Haney scored one goal and added two assists. Alexa Barna scored her first ever varsity goal, and Tessa Masengale recorded one assist. Valentina Sanchez-Sosa was a leader defensively.

Ionia varsity soccer improves to a 2-2-1 record on the season, and will take on Lakeview Thursday night with a 6 pm kickoff.
