Ionia Girls Varsity Soccer was defeated by Eaton Rapids 8-0 on Thursday night.
On a cold and windy night, we had a lot of girls compete really hard. We have faced a lot of injury troubles in the past few weeks but the girls have continued to improve and compete every day. Addyson Roundtree and Martina Sierra played hard in the middle, while Kelila Rustin had 23 saves in goal.
Ionia will take on St. John's Saturday at 11:30 at home.
