Ionia Varsity Boys Golf Team were in action today at the Hastings Varsity Invitational. Ionia played at the Legacy Course which was a 18 hole event and proved to be a challenging experience for the Bulldogs! The Bulldogs needed to strategically play there rounds through narrow fairways , small, fast greens with blind shots however they did well as a team placing 2nd overall in the Tournament with a team total of (347) Ionia was led by (Jr)Hobbs Pinnow with a (82) and did Medal for his Play also (Sr) Ryan Barna (83) received a Medal for his low score next was (Fr) Adam Kramer with a (90) and (Sr) Brett Petersen with a (92) I can give you 111 reasons how we could've done better however we'll be back in action on Monday for the Bulldogs Last Jamboree event at Portland C.C.
