The Boys Varsity Golf Team took to the links this afternoon on a cold and rainy day.  This was their third CAAC League Jamboree which was held at Royal Scot golf course in Lansing and was hosted by Sexton High School.

The young Bulldogs finished with a team total of 197 for a fifth place finish which was 1 shot behind fourth place Eaton Rapids who finished with a 196.  Lansing Catholic Central won the Jamboree with a team total of 174, followed by Portland with a 182, Charlotte with a 189 and Sexton finished in sixth place with a 255.  

Gunner Woods playing his first season of golf as a sophomore was again medalist for the Bulldogs carding a 47 with freshman Hobbs Pinnow coming in with a 49.  The Bulldogs move to 4-17 on the season. 

The Varsity returns to action next Tuesday with a match at Waverly. The Varsity and JV both compete in the next League Jamboree next Thursday at Groesbeck golf course in Lansing which will be hosted by Lansing Catholic Central.
