HASTINGS HIGH SCHOOL: 35
The Varsity Girls Basketball team came out on top with a great victory over Hastings 44-35. Brynn Reams had a big game with a team high 20 points and 15 rebounds. Also contributing to the victory was Melania Braman with 8 points and Jessa Swinehart with 6 points and 8 rebounds. Josie Phelps played outstanding defensive with 2 steals and 6 points. Aubree White chipped in 4 points. The Bulldogs are now 4-3 and will travel to Charlotte on Friday, January 7 for a big league game starting at 5:30 p.m.
