PEWAMO-WESTPHALIA HIGH SCHOOL: 31
The Bulldogs struggled to score for most of the game at home this evening against Pewamo-Westphalia with an 18-38 loss. At the start of the 4th quarter it was 6-31. The Bulldogs never gave up though and had a decent 4th quarter scoring 12 points. Lead scorer for Ionia was Stevie Gross with 6 points. Kylie Leonard had 4 points, Josie Lee added 3 points, and Molly Waterman and Tessa Lemke contributed 2 points each. The Bulldogs next game is next year on Tuesday, January 3 at 5:30 in Ionia against the Hastings Saxons. Our record is now 3-3 for the season.
