EATON RAPIDS SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 27
Ionia Freshmen Basketball won against Eaton Rapids 39-27 at home. Ionia had a 3 point lead heading into half 15-12. Second half the Bulldogs defense played strong making this their 10th win on the season. The Bulldogs were lead by Carter Castillo with 18 pts, Jacob Montgomery 6 pts, Aden Wenzel and Matt McCoy each with 4 pts, Kolson Daughtery 3 pts, Mason Doty and Max Doty each with 2 pts. The Bulldogs play away against Pewamo Westphalia on Friday at 4 PM. Bulldogs are now 10-2 on the season.
