Ionia's boys wrestling season came to an end today at Individual Districts located at Harper Creek high school. We compete in one of the toughest most competitive districts in the state. Ionia had 3 wrestlers in the consultation semi finals or blood round being just one match away from placing. Wade Charon at 106 lbs, Ricky Charon at 113 lbs and Jackson Stoakes at 138 lbs all falling 1 match short of placing and qualifying for regionals. Also winning a match today was Wyatt Berry. Overall good season with a ton of growth we are all excited to see what the future holds for this young team.
