2022-23 IHS SPORTS REGISTRATION

Registration will take place online or in the Student Services Office:

  • Physical must be uploaded in PDF format.   Adobe Scan. is a free app that will create a PDF from your phone. Get the app.

• In person registration any school day from 7:30 am -3:00 pm.

Registration requirements:

1. Determine athletic eligibility

2. Complete student and parent profile

3. Complete Handbook/Athletic Code acknowledgment form

4. Upload/Turn in completed physical

IPS and the MHSAA require all athletes to have a current physical on file for the 2022-23 school year to guarantee their health and safety.  Click on the link for physical forms and directions.

Spring sports start on Monday, March 13th and all student-athletes MUST be registered and have a physical on file before participating.  If you registered in the fall or winter you do not need to register again.
