The Ionia Track and Field Teams Qualified 14 Athletes to the 2023 Play Makers Greater Lansing Honor Roll Meet.  These 14 individuals competed at Lansing Waverly High School on Tuesday May 30, 2023.  Tess Griffith tied for 3rd in the High Jump earning her a trip to the Awards Podium in the High Jump (4’-9”).  Other medalists for  the Ionia Girls were: Hailey Fuentes 7th in the 100M Dash (13.32), Megan Lennemann in the 3200M Run (12:28.95), Lilly Reams 8th in the Discus (87’-4”) and Mimi Wegener 8th in the Pole Vault (8’-7”).
