The Ionia Volleyball A Team dominated Lansing Catholic on the court tonight winning all three sets 25-12, 25-17 and 15-8. The Bulldogs raised their intensity on the court and put together a well rounded team effort. Leading Ionia defensively was Adelyse Perry with 12 digs and Carmen Hoppough with 6. All of the digs tonight helped the Bulldogs attack at the net and put Lansing Catholic on their heels. Overall, Ionia scored 13 kills. Crushing the serve with 6 aces and 15 service points was Brooklyn Shattuck and Carmen Hoppough with 4 aces. The ladies are really coming together and playing to their strengths. The A Team improved their record to 2-0 and will travel to Charlotte on Wednesday. Go Bulldogs!
